Clients may extend the contract for any additional period beyond the minimum term based on mutual agreement. At least seven (7) days before the contract expires, the client will receive an email notification regarding the possibility of renewal. If the client does not express an interest in extending the contract, it will automatically terminate at the end of the agreed period.

6. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial for a limited period. If billing details are required during sign-up, you will not be charged until the trial ends. If not canceled before the trial expiration, the Subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.

7. Fee Changes
We reserve the right to modify our Subscription fees. Fee changes will become effective at the end of the current billing cycle, with prior notice.

8. Refund Policy
We offer a partial refund guarantee based on the effectiveness of our service. If you do not receive at least five (5) scheduled appointments within three (3) months of using our service, you may request a refund of 70% of your total investment. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days after the 3-month period ends. The refund process may take up to 14 business days.
